Sheila, dressed in enough brocade to  upholster a Nevada whorehouse, pretended that the criminal nutjob who stormed White House barricades in her vehicle  and ran over an officer was driven to her devious actions by the government shutdown. 

Reminder  - the Congressional Black Caucus has recommended  Sheila for the Head of Department of Homeland Security position that Obama has neglected to fill since the resignation of Janet Napolitano.
